We built the tool we couldn't find

BPMV Group LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business pursuing federal services and commodity work across VA, DLA, DoD, and civilian agencies. Award Relay started as our own internal pipeline tracker - a spreadsheet, then several spreadsheets, then a spreadsheet nobody trusted anymore because half the team was updating a stale copy.

Every generic CRM we tried made us bend our pipeline to fit sales stages that didn't mean anything in a GovCon context. None of them understood DIBBS RFQs, set-aside status, or why a response deadline three days out is a fundamentally different kind of urgent than a follow-up email that's a week late. So we built the tool ourselves, for our own use first, and kept building it because it worked.

Award Relay is now the same system we run our own pipeline through - services pursuits and DLA commodity RFQs side by side, deadline color-coding that doesn't lie to you overnight, and a recompete radar built because we got burned once finding out about a recompete two weeks before the RFP dropped.
